We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Experience Executive who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
The Role
Working from our Head Office, you’ll manage inbound enquiries from customers looking for personal or business storage solutions. You’ll listen carefully to their requirements, recommend the most suitable storage option and guide them confidently through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert telephone and website enquiries into new customers
- Build strong customer relationships
- Follow up quotations and outstanding enquiries
- Recommend the most appropriate storage solutions
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional products and services
- Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
